© Required Documents :
¤¤ A copy of any formal written document with name and address ... It should be based on a recent date in the same year required the service.

© Commercial Transactions :

¤¤ Ensure that you complete safety when you pay us using our official electronic payment methods. [CashU, OneCard, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, ...etc].

01 Client notified periodically about the servers status without exaggeration & very clearly, Cause we are confident the service that we offer.
02 Ensure the stability and the presence of the server on the network by 99.98%.
03 We do periodic backup (daily, weekly, and monthly) for the website files hosted on the server and maintain copies on a weekly foreign servers. Note it's the client's responsibility to maintain his own files and keep copies to be a reference to them when needed.
04 Taking into account the possibilities of the plan available to the client, such as number of databases and e-mail accounts and bandwidth .... Which shown in detail in the hosting plans offered on site.
05 Technical support to the customer who is on the problems or concerns related to host your site on the server, any programs that are placed on your space is outside the scope of support provided to the client, but are the responsibility of the client, But the client can ask for help in finding solutions when there are disruptions to those programs for a period not exceeding 20 minutes, then is calculated 20$ per hour, knowing that hosting technical support available throughout the day for free as described plans offered on site.
06 The customer can change the hosting plan that has signed on it and only pay the difference between the plans.
07 We are commited supplying the service required within 6 hours after confirmation of the arrival or transfer the amount of cash.
08 You can retrieve your money paid within 30 days of your request to the host and only if there is good reason for the Department, such as poor service or lack of efficiency of support staff.

14 Full Commitment to the instructions of Arwes Management Dept. and Client must bear the all consequences if he fails to carry out those instructions ... It's for safety of the server and websites hosted on it.
15 When there is any trouble from technical support staff to the service offered to customers upon immediately to evaluate the employee through the window of LIVESUPPORT and write the reason of assessment in this way for the Administration to take the necessary, and in return ... It is not allowed to insulting the company's employees, whatever the circumstances, You have to imagine the status of these and the pressure imposed on them from other clients.

18 When the presence of any content on your site may be detrimental to server such as IRC, SPAM, Warez, Cracks, or any other content that is contrary to the Terms of Use, the Company, immediately send warning to the owner of the site, If nothing happened ... Client account will be deleted permanently and can be up to financial penalties or legal repercussions .. This is for the safety of other sites hosted on the server.
19 We electronically recording all conversations between the client and the support staff and send a copy to the Support Department and another copy to the client, that is from both parties to take necessary legal action in the case of defamation or abuse of both parties, so as to ensure you better service.
© Terms of Domain Names Registration Services :
01 The company " Arwes " register domain names for clients and provide them the control panel of the entire domain and give them every bit of information needed for that, and therefore the client is responsible for the annual renewal of his domains and are responsible for its follow-up and thus It is the responsibility of the client any flaw might be happen.
02 For the domains obtained free on our hosting plans we are responsible for them, update them, follow-up them & re-new them in the same day the client paid for re-newal of his hosting plan.
So, when the client break on of these terms ... he will be immediately terminated.
And, If we breaks our promises, If we simulated with level of service doesn't exist, Client has the all rights to claim on us ... & Take necessary legal action under this contract But does not offend or slander or any misuse of the name of the company or its representatives or employees in any way at all.
